Bright and Active Brand Photo Shoot and Logo Creation

My first foray into the creative world was behind the lens of a camera. I love capturing a brand’s message and values through photography. For this project, my client Alina wanted to update the images on her website, as well as upgrade her existing logo (which was just her name). She choose a bright green base, as she is a Personal Trainer who trains outside in the park.
Alina is also a professional kayaker, and her main signature exercise method includes the use of a Kayak Pro, a cardio machine, which we decided should be the focal point of our shoot.
(Fun fact: Alina is actually a professional athlete, and is training for the 2020 Tokyo games! So if you are looking for a kick in the butt, she’s your gal!)
We spent the afternoon rowing, shooting, and laughing, and I’m thrilled with how these images turned out. For her logo we wanted to keep the font neutral and professional as most of her clients are lawyers, doctors, and tech engineers. She’s located in the “Silicon Beach” area of Los Angeles, so we decided to weave this into her branding.
