High Performance Habits - by Brendon Burchard

Working from home is harder beast than most people might think, and there are also what feels like a million self-help “optimize your day” books out there. But I picked up this book because I appreciate how the author, Brendon Burchard, takes a more scientific approach to habit forming.

He also interviews some very successful and high profile people, and their stories help contextualize the science-y information and keeps the pages moving.

As with many books in this genre, you have to take what resonates with you and don’t worry about the rest. I’d recommend this read, even if you don’t go cover to cover, if you are feeling like you are in a bit of a productive rut. It’s also a good one to keep on the shelf and re-reference from time to time.
